Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Customized or personalized products may require 2–4 business days for production before dispatch.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, courier delays, festivals, or unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping on eligible products across India.
- Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed during checkout before payment.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive:
- Tracking Number
- Courier Partner Details
- Tracking Link
via Email and/or SMS.
Delivery Attempts
Courier partners usually make 2–3 delivery attempts.
If delivery fails due to:
- Incorrect address
- Customer unavailable
- Incorrect phone number
the package may be returned to us. Re-shipping charges may apply.
Address Changes
Please contact us immediately after placing your order if you need to update your shipping address.
Once an order has been dispatched, address changes may not be possible.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package:
- Arrives damaged
- Is missing items
- Is lost during transit
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Order Number
- Photos of the package
- Photos of the damaged product (if applicable)
We will investigate and provide a replacement or refund where applicable.
Delivery Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Natural disasters
- Weather conditions
- Public holidays
- Government restrictions
- Courier service issues
- High order volume during festive seasons
International Shipping
Currently, we ship within India only.
For international orders, please contact us before placing an order.
Customized Products
Customized or personalized products are specially made for each customer and therefore:
- Require additional production time.
- Cannot be cancelled after production has started.
- Cannot be exchanged unless received damaged or defective.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
Turag Studio is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect address details.
