School teachers get most of the Teachers' Day attention, but tuition and coaching class teachers often put in just as much — sometimes more one-on-one effort, especially around exams. They're easy to forget simply because there's no formal "school" moment for it.
Why It's Worth the Gesture
A tuition teacher often sees a student's actual struggles up close, in a way a classroom teacher with 40 students can't always manage. That kind of attention deserves acknowledgment too.
What to Give
The Teacher Heart Pencil Plaque works well here, and if the coaching was especially tough or exam-focused, the To My Teacher plaque acknowledges the guidance directly.
A Small Gift, A Real Impact
Since tuition teachers rarely get recognised publicly the way school teachers do on Teachers' Day, even a small, personal gesture from a student or parent tends to be genuinely appreciated — not expected, but noticed.
