Class teachers usually get remembered on Teachers' Day. Principals and support staff, who shape the school just as much, often don't. A small gesture toward them tends to be noticed precisely because it's rare.
For the Principal
Our Caring Principal Appreciation Acrylic Desk Plaque reads "Behind every great school is a caring principal" — a line that acknowledges the leadership side of the role, not just the discipline side.
For the Assistant Principal
The Assistant Principal Appreciation Acrylic Desk Plaque covers a role that's often thankless — handling the day-to-day so the principal and teachers can focus on their part.
A Small Gesture, Correctly Aimed
You don't need an elaborate gift for school leadership — just one that's specific to their role rather than a generic "thank you teacher" item, which can feel like it wasn't really meant for them.
